Join AIRGUARD AND PESTGUARD PROFESSIONAL OPC as a Client Support Specialist and become the cornerstone of our customer service excellence in Pasig City. This full-time role offers a competitive salary package of ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month while allowing you to make a tangible impact on our clients' experiences. As the primary post-sales contact point, you'll orchestrate seamless service transitions between our sales and operations teams, ensuring timely delivery of pest control and air purification solutions. Your expertise will directly influence client retention and satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and meticulous coordination of service schedules. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients after sales confirmation, ensuring smooth service transitions
- Coordinate with Operations team to schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently
- Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and requests with timely and professional communication
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems
- Proactively communicate service schedule updates and operational changes to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service delivery issues and enhance client satisfaction
- Support the development of client retention strategies through feedback collection
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service, client support, or call center environments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer management systems
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle client concerns diplomatically
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of pest control or home services industry advantageous
