Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end corporate trade transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Provide expert advisory support to clients regarding trade documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze monthly trade reports to track performance metrics and identify process improvements.
- Drive digital adoption among clients by assisting with the implementation and onboarding of new trade platforms.
- Monitor and maintain high service quality standards to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational discrepancies and transactional queries.
- Assist in the maintenance of databases and documentation filing systems for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in trade operations, logistics, or corporate client services.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with digital document management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client relationship management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred for this contract role.
