Tanggung Jawab
- Assist medical practitioners with patient preparation and examination procedures
- Manage patient records, appointments, and billing documentation
- Maintain clinic inventory and ensure medical supplies are adequately stocked
- Perform basic clinical tasks including vital sign measurement and wound care
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and hygiene protocols
- Coordinate with laboratory services for sample processing
- Provide administrative support including data entry and correspondence
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with credit in Science/Biology
- Certificate/Diploma in Medical Assistant or related healthcare field (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Proficiency in Malay and English communication
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Clean record with no prior medical malpractice history
