Tanggung Jawab
- Assist orthopaedic surgeons during patient examinations and minor procedures
- Manage patient registration, check-in processes, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain sterile examination rooms and prepare medical equipment
- Handle administrative tasks including billing, insurance verification, and record-keeping
- Coordinate patient flow between consultation rooms and treatment areas
- Provide post-procedure care instructions and patient education
- Inventory management of medical supplies and pharmaceutical products
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Medical Assisting or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in orthopaedic or specialty practice
- Proficiency in medical terminology and orthopaedic procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Singaporean citizenship or relevant work permit
