  • Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up reminders to ensure optimal clinic flow.
  • Assist doctors and medical staff during clinical consultations and minor procedures as required.
  • Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle patient inquiries professionally, providing clear information regarding clinic services and preparation instructions.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment and preparation of medical supplies.
  • Manage basic administrative tasks including billing, insurance claims processing, and filing.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare administrative setting is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and medical software/EMR systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
