Your Role in Our Clinic:
As the backbone of our clinic's daily operations, you will ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on creating an exceptional patient experience, from the moment of arrival to their departure. You will manage patient flow, assist with registrations and scheduling, and support our doctors during consultations and procedures. Beyond direct patient interaction, you will handle essential clinical and administrative duties, including maintaining medical records, managing the dispensary and inventory, processing payments, and ensuring a sterile and welcoming clinic environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all patients, managing the front desk and appointment scheduling.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks including billing and insurance claims.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs, dressing wounds, and sterilizing instruments.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
- Contribute to patient satisfaction and clinic growth through excellent service and communication.
- Handle dispensary duties, accurately dispensing medications as per doctor's prescriptions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent; certification in Medical Assistant, Nursing, or related healthcare field is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working in a clinic or hospital setting is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to speak Mandarin or Tamil is a plus).
- Proficient in basic computer applications and clinic management software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality healthcare services.
- Willing to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
