You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of our medical services, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring our patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front-desk inquiries efficiently.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure medical equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Assist doctors with minor medical procedures and clinical examinations as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic medical records (EMR).
- Manage clinic inventory, including monitoring stock levels of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
- Handle patient billing, insurance claims processing, and daily financial reporting.
- Provide clear post-consultation instructions to patients regarding medication and follow-up care.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, or a related healthcare field.
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital administrative role is highly preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and office management software.
- Strong communication skills in Malay, English, and ideally other local dialects.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A compassionate, empathetic, and professional demeanor when dealing with patients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the clinical schedule.
