Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front-desk inquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor clinical procedures as required.
- Handle dispensing of medication and ensure accurate inventory management of medical supplies.
- Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) with high levels of accuracy and data confidentiality.
- Ensure the clinic premises remain clean, safe, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate with insurance providers for billing processes and claims submission.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless and comfortable patient experience from start to finish.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification; professional certifications in Healthcare Administration are a plus.
- Prior experience in a clinical or medical reception setting is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and a second language to serve our diverse patient base.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and medical clinic management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute positively within a collaborative team structure.
