Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily clinic operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and record management
- Support healthcare professionals during patient consultations and treatment procedures
- Maintain sterile clinic environments and ensure adherence to hygiene protocols
- Handle patient inquiries and provide basic information about services and procedures
- Manage administrative tasks including billing, insurance processing, and inventory control
- Coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times and enhance service quality
- Prepare and organize clinic materials, equipment, and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in clinical or customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate empathetically with diverse patients
- Proficiency in administrative software and basic medical terminology
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
