- Oversee daily clinic operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Implement patient-centered service delivery systems to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Manage clinic finances including budgeting, inventory control, and revenue optimization
- Lead staff development programs and foster a positive work culture
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback resolution promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinic or healthcare management experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proven leadership skills with staff supervision experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in clinic management software and MS Office Suite
- Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and operational planning
- Certification in Healthcare Management or Traditional Chinese Medicine preferred
