Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily administrative and clinical operations of the dental clinic to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and mentor a team of dental nurses, receptionists, and support staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Monitor patient satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Handle financial management, including budgeting, billing, and tracking clinic revenue and expenses.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for dental equipment, supplies, and medication.
- Ensure compliance with all local health regulations, safety standards, and clinic policies.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within a dental or medical healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using dental clinic management software and ERP systems.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations and business practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
