Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality venipuncture and capillary blood collection for a diverse range of patients.
- Ensure strict adherence to clinical safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
- Accurately label and process specimens for laboratory analysis, ensuring sample integrity.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked phlebotomy stations at all times.
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience during procedures.
- Document patient information and test requests accurately within the clinical database.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure seamless clinical operations.
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Phlebotomy or equivalent clinical healthcare qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical, hospital, or laboratory environment.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and specimen handling requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients of all ages.
- Willingness to commit to the full duration of the contract period.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems for electronic medical records (EMR) input.
