Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly clinic sales targets.
- Provide comprehensive consultations to clients, recommending premium skincare packages and high-end services tailored to their specific needs.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell professional-grade products and follow-up treatments to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Sozo Skin’s service menu and product line to act as an expert advisor to clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to closing and post-treatment follow-up.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in retail sales, luxury beauty services, or clinic management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade high-end clientele.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving individual and team sales quotas.
- A professional appearance and a genuine passion for the skincare and aesthetics industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems and CRM software for tracking sales and client data.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet clinic operational demands.
