Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end service design for clinic expansion projects, from research to implementation
- Conduct patient journey mapping and stakeholder workshops to identify pain points
- Develop service blueprints, process flows, and improvement frameworks
- Prototype and test service innovations in real clinical environments
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to balance operational efficiency with patient experience
- Measure service impact through KPIs and continuous improvement cycles
- Document service design standards and train clinic staff on new protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Design, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in service design or healthcare operations
- Proficiency in service design tools (Miro, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and cross-functional collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating successful service design implementations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in service design (e.g., SDI, Nielsen Norman Group) preferred
