Tanggung Jawab
- Assist medical practitioners during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments, ensuring a sterile and organized environment.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
- Efficiently register patients, update medical records with accurate information, and manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
- Take and accurately record vital signs, patient history, and assist with basic diagnostic tests as directed by medical staff.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide clear, empathetic, and professional information regarding clinic services, appointments, and procedures.
- Perform various administrative tasks including filing, data entry, managing clinic correspondence, and maintaining inventory of medical supplies.
- Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout their visit, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and patient care.
- Adhere strictly to all clinic policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent; a Diploma or Certificate in Medical Assistant, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline is highly preferred.
- Prior experience (1-2 years) in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of local dialects (e.g., Terengganu Malay) is a bonus.
