Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, design, and optimize clinical workflows and processes to integrate new and existing healthcare information systems effectively.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other clinical information systems.
- Provide expert training and ongoing support to clinicians and healthcare staff on system usage, best practices, and new functionalities.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendor partners to troubleshoot system issues, manage upgrades, and ensure seamless system performance.
- Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of clinical data in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support clinical decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between clinical departments and IT, translating clinical needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of clinical informatics policies, procedures, and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Clinical Informatics, Health IT, or similar role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient care processes, and healthcare operations.
- Demonstrated experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, or equivalent local systems).
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, and SNOMED CT.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clinical and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPHIMS) are highly advantageous.
