- Provide specialized nursing care in orthopedic operating theatres as a circulating or scrub nurse
- Assist surgeons during orthopedic procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain sterile environments and strictly adhere to infection control protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure seamless procedure execution
- Educate patients and families about orthopedic procedures and post-operative care
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with orthopedic nursing practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in orthopedic nursing or operating theatre
- Specialized training or certification in orthopedic nursing preferred
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
