Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and women.
- Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.) for various mental health conditions.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, pediatricians, social workers, and nurses to provide holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards.
- Participate in clinical case conferences, multidisciplinary team meetings, and peer supervision sessions.
- Provide psychoeducation and support to families and caregivers to facilitate patient recovery.
- Contribute to departmental research initiatives, clinical audits, and quality improvement projects.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Must be eligible for registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or equivalent professional body.
- Prior clinical experience in a hospital or pediatric setting is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated proficiency in administering and interpreting psychometric assessments.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
