Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for diverse client populations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions addressing various psychological concerns
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and social workers in multidisciplinary care teams
- Document client progress accurately and maintain confidential clinical records in compliance with professional standards
- Participate in case consultations and professional development activities to enhance clinical expertise
- Contribute to mental health awareness initiatives and community education programs
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or eligibility for registration
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience in psychological assessment and intervention
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting various psychological assessments and standardized tests
- Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, EMDR, or similar approaches
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages
- Experience working with trauma, pediatric, or specialized populations is advantageous
- Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and continuing education in the field
