Directio, a distinguished leader in the Global IT outsourcing landscape, is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud and Wintel Administrator to fortify our growing infrastructure operations in the Philippines. This role is designed for a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of hands-on experience in managing complex, enterprise-level Wintel and Cloud environments.
Operating from our Alabang hub under a flexible hybrid work model, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle management of our Windows Server fleet, Active Directory, Exchange/Exchange Online, and related technologies. Your responsibilities will extend deep into the Cloud, specifically within Microsoft Azure and potentially AWS, where you will architect, deploy, and manage virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
This is a high-impact, senior-level role where your expertise in virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V), backup and disaster recovery strategies (Veeam, Azure Site Recovery), and automation (PowerShell, ARM/Bicep templates) will be heavily utilized. You will act as the escalation point for complex incidents, mentor junior team members, and contribute to strategic IT roadmaps. Tanggung Jawab
- Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Manage and optimize Cloud Infrastructure (Microsoft Azure), including Virtual Machines, VNets, Azure App Services, and hybrid connectivity (ExpressRoute, VPN).
- Oversee virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper-V) for server consolidation, high availability, and performance tuning.
- Administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune (MECM).
- Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions (e.g., Veeam, Azure Site Recovery).
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, ARM templates, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot advanced technical issues, and provide root cause analysis for critical incidents.
- Collaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure projects, migrations, and security hardening initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Wintel Administration within large-scale enterprise or IT outsourcing environments.
- Deep expertise in Windows Server operating systems (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, and core networking services (DNS, DHCP).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (Administrator, Governance, Security) or equivalent AWS experience.
- Proven track record of managing virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere (VCP preferred) or Hyper-V.
- Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell, with experience in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) concepts.
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework, change management processes, and SLA-driven operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware VCP, ITIL) are highly valued.
