Join First Wave Technology Pte Ltd as a Cloud Business Operations Executive and become the backbone of our cloud service delivery ecosystem. This pivotal role bridges technical operations and business strategy, ensuring seamless cloud service lifecycle management from initial client engagement through renewal. You'll orchestrate end-to-end cloud operations including quote preparation, contract negotiation, order processing, vendor coordination, sales performance tracking, billing accuracy, and renewal management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end cloud operations lifecycle: quotes, contracts, orders, vendor coordination, and renewals
- Oversee accurate sales tracking, billing reconciliation, and revenue recognition processes
- Coordinate with cloud service vendors to ensure SLA compliance and service quality
- Implement data-driven operational improvements using analytics and reporting tools
- Provide bilingual support (English/δΈζ) to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain standardized operational workflows and documentation
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align operational objectives
- Monitor contract renewals and optimize vendor pricing structures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in cloud operations, vendor management, or business operations
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written/spoken)
- Expertise in contract management, order processing, and billing systems
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
