Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day cloud infrastructure operations across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
- Provide L2 technical support for cloud services, resolving incidents and service requests
- Implement and maintain cloud security best practices, including IAM policies and network configurations
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Monitor cloud performance metrics and optimize resource utilization
- Document cloud architecture, configurations, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud solutions into applications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure administration
- Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP or equivalent cloud platform expertise
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and compliance standards
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
