We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join the team at NEWMETRICS SDN BHD. In this pivotal role, you will function as a Site Reliability Engineer, dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of system reliability, availability, and performance. You will be responsible for overseeing the stability of our business-critical systems, ensuring seamless normal operations, and leading emergency response efforts during incidents.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will leverage your expertise in cloud computing and DevOps to design robust infrastructure, optimize system workflows, and implement best practices for monitoring and automation. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the reliability of business systems to ensure normal operation and emergency response.
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes.
- Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Collaborate with development teams to define system requirements and reliability targets.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or Cloud Engineer (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expert knowledge of scripting and programming languages (Python, Bash, or Go).
- Deep understanding of Linux systems and network protocols.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
