Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and implement NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to client business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications and system architecture.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.
- Conduct system testing, gap analysis, and data migration activities.
- Maintain system integrity, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data accuracy.
- Stay updated with NetSuite updates and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a NetSuite ERP Consultant or similar role (min. 2-3 years).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based ERP systems, with specific expertise in NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
- Experience with financial modules, inventory management, or order management systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- NetSuite certification (SuiteBeginner or SuiteAdmin) is a strong advantage.
