We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented **Cloud FinOps Lead** to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between finance, engineering, and business operations to maximize the value of our cloud investments. You will lead the charge in developing and implementing FinOps frameworks, driving cost optimization initiatives, and establishing a culture of financial accountability within our cloud infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Cloud FinOps strategy aligned with organizational goals and cloud migration plans.
- Analyze cloud spend patterns and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and waste elimination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, finance) to optimize resource allocation and lifecycle management.
- Establish and enforce cloud cost governance policies, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Generate detailed financial reporting, dashboards, and insights to track cloud spending, budgets, and forecast accuracy.
- Drive the adoption of automation tools and FinOps frameworks to streamline financial workflows.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts and manage service level agreements (SLAs) effectively.
- Conduct training and workshops to promote cloud financial literacy across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Cloud FinOps, Cloud Cost Management, or related financial engineering roles.
- Strong technical background with deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- FinOps Certified Practitioner (CFOP) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading FinOps initiatives and delivering measurable cost savings and ROI.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and technical data.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, capable of influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
