Are you a visionary architect ready to shape the future of cloud computing? ByteDance is seeking a high-caliber Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Architect to join our elite BytePlus team in Singapore. BytePlus leverages the cutting-edge technology that powers TikTok, providing enterprise-grade solutions to global clients.
In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our innovative cloud infrastructure and our enterprise customers' complex business challenges. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable cloud architectures, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and implement cloud-native strategies that push the boundaries of what is possible in the cloud ecosystem.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions tailored to enterprise business requirements.
- Collaborate directly with global clients to understand technical challenges and provide architectural guidance for cloud adoption.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and high availability, utilizing BytePlus's proprietary tech stack.
- Conduct technical workshops, POCs, and product demonstrations to support the sales and business development teams.
- Identify market trends and customer pain points to provide actionable feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams for iterative development.
- Maintain deep technical expertise in cloud technologies, including computing, storage, networking, and security services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in cloud architecture, systems engineering, or technical solution design.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure components such as VPC, CDN, Object Storage, and Load Balancing.
- Proven expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Go, Java, or Shell).
- Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing client-facing engagements or pre-sales technical support in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure) are a significant advantage.
