Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Support the network engineering team in troubleshooting connectivity issues and hardware configurations.
- Document existing network topologies and update cloud security configurations as required.
- Collaborate with IT teams to migrate legacy systems to cloud-based solutions.
- Perform routine health checks and performance monitoring for local and wide-area networks.
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm innovative solutions for network latency and cloud efficiency.
- Handle technical tickets and provide Tier 1 support for internal connectivity issues.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Basic familiarity with cloud computing platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell is considered a strong advantage.
