Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and monitoring of AWS cloud environments to ensure 99.9% uptime and service reliability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Cloud Engineers and System Administrators, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional growth.
- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and reduce time-to-market for new features.
- Develop and execute comprehensive incident response and disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and mitigate risks effectively.
- Enforce security best practices, compliance standards (e.g., ISO, SOC2), and governance policies across all cloud assets.
- Analyze cloud resource usage and optimize infrastructure costs to maximize budget efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, or a similar engineering role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, and IAM.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
