Join ST Engineering's dynamic team as a Cloud Operations Lead and take charge of our cloud infrastructure strategy and implementation. As a key member of our Digital Solutions/Mission Critical (DS/MC) division, you will lead a team of 6-10 talented engineers, guiding them through best practices, processes, and methodologies to ensure optimal cloud operations.
In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud technologies with our existing infrastructure, while maintaining the highest standards of security, reliability, and performance.

- Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 cloud operations engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
- Develop and implement cloud infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable cloud solutions across multiple platforms
- Establish and enforce operational standards, processes, and monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud technologies with existing systems and applications
- Manage cloud security protocols and compliance requirements to protect sensitive data and assets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on our infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Strong expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
- Proven experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
- Deep understanding of cloud security principles, compliance frameworks, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with experience managing diverse technical teams
