In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for building high-value pipelines, managing partner relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to our clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies to accelerate partner growth and revenue generation.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboarding new cloud technology partners into the PERSOL ecosystem.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize mutual business value.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent PERSOL at industry events and partner conferences to build brand visibility.
  • Drive pipeline generation and close deals through strategic partner channels.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or partnership management within the IT/Cloud sector.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and market landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English and Malay is preferred.
