Join PERSOL as a Cloud Partner Business Development Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies to accelerate partner growth and revenue generation.
- Identify, recruit, and onboarding new cloud technology partners into the PERSOL ecosystem.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize mutual business value.
- Collaborate with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent PERSOL at industry events and partner conferences to build brand visibility.
- Drive pipeline generation and close deals through strategic partner channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or partnership management within the IT/Cloud sector.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and market landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English and Malay is preferred.
