Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications, ensuring automated, efficient, and reliable software releases.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to understand release requirements, manage dependencies, and troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to improve release processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall system stability.
- Monitor and analyze release performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Manage version control strategies and branching models to support concurrent development and controlled releases across various environments.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance policies throughout the release lifecycle.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for release processes, deployment procedures, and environment configurations.
- Champion a culture of continuous delivery and operational excellence within the engineering teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Release Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or a similar role focused on cloud environments.
- Proven expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including a strong understanding of their services.
- Solid experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
- Strong background in version control systems, particularly Git and Gitflow workflows.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus.
