Join JonDavidson Pte Ltd as a Cloud Support Engineer and become a guardian of enterprise cloud infrastructure. This hands-on role empowers you to troubleshoot complex Kubernetes environments, resolve critical incidents, and ensure the stability of cloud platforms that drive business innovation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps best practices, automate deployment pipelines, and optimize resource utilization. Tanggung Jawab
- Troubleshoot and resolve Kubernetes-related incidents with minimal downtime
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure performance metrics
- Implement automation solutions for deployment and scaling processes
- Collaborate with development teams to enforce DevOps best practices
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical incident response
- Continuously optimize cloud resource utilization and cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash) and infrastructure automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Relevant certifications (CKA, CKAD, or AWS/Azure DevOps) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
