Tanggung Jawab
- Provide 24/7 technical support for global enterprise customers using BytePlus cloud services
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, API, and service performance issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical incidents and drive root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
- Monitor cloud service health and proactively address potential system vulnerabilities
- Act as a technical advisor to customers, offering optimization recommendations and best practices
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical system incidents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in cloud support, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
- Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, or major cloud service providers
- Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and incident management
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- CI/CD pipeline knowledge and containerization experience (Docker/Kubernetes)
