Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, networking, and application issues in cloud environments
- Monitor cloud systems using monitoring tools and implement proactive maintenance strategies
- Document support processes, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure cloud solutions meet business requirements
- Manage incident lifecycle from identification to resolution and closure
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical cloud infrastructure support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud technical support or cloud operations
- Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation
- Experience with cloud monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
