Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily operations of The Peninsula Club to ensure a flawless and personalized guest experience.
- Provide bespoke concierge services, including booking restaurants, arranging transportation, and organizing exclusive tours in Makati City and Metro Manila.
- Maintain the highest standards of service in the Club lounge, overseeing food and beverage presentation and ambiance.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments to fulfill special guest requests and VIP preferences.
- Stay abreast of local events, business services, and luxury retail offerings to provide accurate, up-to-date recommendations.
- Resolve guest concerns with diplomacy and a solutions-focused approach to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Assist with check-in and checkout procedures for Club guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Drive revenue through the effective promotion of hotel services, facilities, and premium guest amenities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel concierge, front office, or guest relations role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English; multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
- Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and a presence that reflects the elegance of The Peninsula brand.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced service environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Metro Manila, particularly the Makati City business and leisure landscape.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera PMS) and standard office software.
