Tanggung Jawab
- Perform efficient and professional check-in and check-out procedures for Club Lounge guests
- Manage all Food & Beverage operations within the Club Lounge, ensuring quality and presentation standards
- Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and preferences of high-profile clientele
- Maintain inventory of lounge supplies and ensure proper stock levels
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and operational standards set by the hotel
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members as required
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in hotel management systems and reservation software
- Valid work permit for Singapore (if applicable)
