In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our club's continuous growth, operational excellence, and member satisfaction.
You will lead a high-performing team to deliver world-class fitness experiences while ensuring that financial targets are met or exceeded. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is as comfortable on the gym floor as they are analyzing P&L statements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive club revenue and member acquisition in the Jabodeta region.
- Oversee daily club operations, ensuring adherence to high-quality service standards and safety protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, including sales, personal trainers, and administrative staff.
- Manage the club's P&L, budget forecasting, and cost-control initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Foster a positive and inclusive club culture that promotes member retention and long-term brand loyalty.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with regional management to implement corporate marketing and membership campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in fitness club management, retail management, or hospitality operations.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing operational budgets exceeding IDR 1B annually.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large, diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
- Strategic mindset with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian fitness market and local customer trends.
