Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional service to Club Lounge guests, including greeting, seating, and attending to all requests
- Prepare and serve premium beverages, food items, and light meals according to established standards
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the Club Lounge area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with the setup and execution of private events and functions held in the Club Lounge
- Build strong relationships with regular guests and anticipate their preferences and needs
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures established by Renaissance Hotels
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of service
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including proper serving techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic computer skills for reservation and check-in systems
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
