Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the club lounge, ensuring exceptional service standards
- Manage and mentor lounge staff, including scheduling and performance coaching
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and budget adherence for lounge operations
- Coordinate with F&B and housekeeping departments for seamless service delivery
- Implement and maintain hygiene, safety, and presentation standards
- Prepare daily reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotel hospitality with supervisory exposure
- Proven track record in managing premium lounge or F&B operations
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of hospitality systems (Opera, Fidelio) and inventory management
- Relevant certification in hospitality management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
