Asta Medical International is seeking a highly motivated and professional Club Manager to lead operations at our prestigious Avenue Padel Canggu venue. As the face of the club, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that attracts both locals and expatriates in the vibrant Canggu community. We are looking for a leader who can drive operational excellence while fostering a fun, engaging environment for our members and guests.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily running of the facility, ensuring that all standards of service, maintenance, and safety are met. You will manage a diverse team of staff, from front-of-house personnel to tennis coaches, and implement strategies to enhance member retention and revenue growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of Avenue Padel Canggu to ensure a seamless and premium member experience.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of front desk staff, coaches, and service personnel to maintain high service standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership sales, event bookings, and revenue targets.
- Ensure the facility is immaculately clean, well-maintained, and safe for all members and guests.
- Handle member inquiries, resolve conflicts, and act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients.
- Coordinate social events, tournaments, and community activities to foster a strong sense of belonging.
- Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and handle administrative tasks related to club operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality management, club operations, or customer service leadership.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Deep passion for sports, fitness, and the padel lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
- Basic knowledge of Padel tennis rules and equipment is preferred.
