Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily club operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing clients
- Lead and motivate a team of fitness professionals through training and performance coaching
- Ensure exceptional member experience through personalized fitness programs and community engagement
- Monitor club performance metrics and implement growth initiatives to achieve targets
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, expense control, and revenue optimization

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in fitness/hospitality management with team leadership experience
- Proven track record in member retention and revenue growth in fitness environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse members
- Proficiency in fitness management software and basic office applications
- Certification in fitness instruction or business management preferred
