Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of the padel club including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and inventory management
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of padel instructors and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and increase club membership
- Organize and coordinate padel tournaments, events, and social activities to foster community engagement
- Handle member relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with club facilities and services
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and ensure all club operations meet industry standards
- Stay updated on padel trends, industry developments, and competitive offerings in the market
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sports club management or similar leadership role, preferably in padel or tennis
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with members and staff
- Knowledge of padel rules, techniques, and industry standards
- Experience in marketing and promotional activities within sports or recreation sector
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and events simultaneously
- Proficiency in using club management software and basic office applications
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
