Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Oversee the performance and productivity of assigned team members to meet and exceed KPI targets.
- Resolve complex client inquiries and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain industry-leading service standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize workflow and service delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports on team performance, client feedback, and operational metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a Customer Service or Call Center environment, preferably in a leadership or agent owner capacity.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office setting and handle pressure with composure.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or vocational certificate in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Willingness to work in an office-based setting (Work from Office) in Angeles City.
