Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service or Call Center environment, preferably in a leadership or agent owner capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office setting and handle pressure with composure.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or vocational certificate in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work in an office-based setting (Work from Office) in Angeles City.
