Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and escort guests to their tables or designated areas, providing a warm and friendly introduction to the venue.
- Execute prompt and efficient service by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to tables and lounge areas.
- Assist the service team in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment throughout the venue.
- Monitor guest needs and proactively address any concerns or requests to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and management to coordinate service flow during peak hours and special events.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down events, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment as needed.
- Uphold venue policies regarding safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
- Support promotional activities and engage with guests to enhance their overall enjoyment.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality or nightlife environment is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Positive attitude and a professional appearance.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
