As a Club Runner, you are the backbone of our floor and bar operations. In this fast-paced role, you will work closely with bartenders, servers, and security staff to ensure a seamless flow of service. From keeping the bars stocked with ice, glassware, and garnishes to maintaining the pristine appearance of our VIP lounges and dance floors, your speed and efficiency will directly shape the guest experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Support bartenders by restocking ice, glassware, garnishes, and alcohol stock throughout the shift.
- Ensure rapid clearance of empty glasses, plates, and trash from tables and VIP booths.
- Assist service staff in delivering food and beverages to guest tables efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the club floor, bars, and restrooms.
- Respond promptly and politely to customer requests, directing complex issues to supervisors.
- Assist with venue setup before opening and deep cleaning after closing.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a high-volume nightclub, beach club, bar, or hotel is highly preferred.
- Exceptional physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy loads for long shifts.
- Conversational English skills to interact effectively with international guests and team members.
- A proactive, high-energy attitude with a strong focus on team collaboration.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a loud, dimly lit, and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- A professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
