Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily nightclub operations and ensure compliance with safety and service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement and enforce venue policies while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Coordinate with security teams to ensure guest safety and crowd control
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain for beverages and operational supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional events and guest retention strategies
- Prepare daily reports on operations, incidents, and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in supervisory role within hospitality or nightlife industry
- Proven experience in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong knowledge of venue operations, licensing, and safety protocols
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of inventory management and POS systems
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
