Join NielsenIQ as a Cluster Data Operations Lead and take the helm of our data operations in Malaysia. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for making critical decisions that drive the success of our operations across the country. This leadership role requires a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end (E2E) operations, with a specific focus on data production and management.
In this position, you'll oversee the entire data lifecycle, from collection and processing to quality assurance and delivery. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of our data processes. - Lead and manage the end-to-end data operations for the country cluster
- Make strategic decisions regarding data production, quality, and delivery
- Oversee data pipeline operations and ensure optimal performance
- Implement and maintain data governance standards and best practices
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align data operations with business objectives
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage and develop the data operations team, providing guidance and mentorship
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end operations in a data production environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with data management systems, ETL processes, and data quality tools
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards
