Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex programs and projects across IN/PH/MY/JP clusters
- Develop and implement strategic delivery frameworks aligned with Fujitsu's global standards
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of program/project managers
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and KPIs
- Manage stakeholder relationships at executive levels across multiple countries
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance, and risk management protocols
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for cluster operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-region ICT projects
- Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multicultural and distributed teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives
