- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for the cluster portfolio
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Lead cost optimization initiatives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) required
- Minimum of 5-7 years in finance management, preferably in hospitality sector
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent leadership abilities with team mentoring experience
- Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
