Marriott International is seeking a dynamic Cluster IT Specialist to elevate our technology infrastructure across multiple properties in Roxas City, Capiz. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for IT systems across multiple hotel properties including PMS, POS, and network infrastructure
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect guest and company data
- Manage hardware/software lifecycle including procurement, installation, and decommissioning
- Train hotel staff on IT systems and best practices for technology utilization
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement technology upgrades
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate system documentation
- Ensure compliance with Marriott's global IT standards and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of IT support experience with hospitality industry exposure
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Expertise in PMS (Opera, Amadeus) and POS systems implementation and troubleshooting
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical staff
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for property visits
